No last email from vape geek was regarding me epetite, obviously a delay on the silver/black effusions with doors.....lol. Ordered I spare battery so need to get into it or might as well cancel that.....!

@letsavit You will be more than happy with it despite me not being able to get inside lol, its a lovely finish on it and feels great in the hand, yet again i was surprised how small this mod is. Nice feel to the buttons and for once now that i have set the correct battery info, this mod actually seems to be spot on with the pack set at 14.43 in Escribe (mine was set at the Evolv default of 9wh which is not correct for this device) and i have no reason to doubt that figure on this mod as everything else seems to tally with the claimed 1300mah

Cheers m8, if i ever get inside i have a spare 1300mah Nano tech pack that should fit as a spare and be able to charge via the Lipoly balance charger i had from my RC days.

Ok guys, we got the word from Lost Vape just now about shipping the rest of the Efusions, and how to change the battery on the Efusions.
Purple, Silver and Blue units will be shipped this week, including the batteries, and the rest of the colours will be shipped next week. To replace the battery, you simply have to remove gently one of the carbon fibre panels (either of them, and it should be easy we've been told) and then you gonna see 2 screws under the panel. When you remove the screws, you will be able to see the battery and the connector on the bottom:)

Right folks some pics to help if you do plan on changing the battery on the Efusion, and as far as I am concerned this is the only downer with this mod, it's not as user friendly as first announced by Lost V apes, in that the carbon fibre plate is in actual fact a thin sheet bonded by double sided tape to the cover inside which then requires 2 screws removing to gain access to the battery.





The internal build is fantastic Imo, it's just a pity Lost Vapes did not put a bit more thought into the access for battery etc.

So my own view is its a fantastic looking mod, well built ( not allowing for the above) and probably the best internal build i have seen on anything coming out of China, sadly let down slight by a naff way of gaining access which will result in my opinion on some cracking or scouring of the carbon sheet if not careful.

It is very nice in the hand and the finish is amazing, off to vape on mine Tease-smiley

Battery pack has no visible markings as its covered but measured with verniers at 66mm L X 33mm H X 20mm W 

And compared to the likes of the HCigar VT200 , i would say the Efusion is the first to be shipped with a battery that actually matches the specs, this pack looks like a 1300mah  and so far performs like a 1300 mah . where imo the HCigar i would hazard a guess being 1000mah despite what they claim.

Thanks for the guide car147 , yes can't see why they haven't just used the door with guides/ball bearings as the epetite and esquare? Works so smoothly too. Assume you got it off and back on without damage?

Looks like I still made the right choice then with my just one more full fat DNA 200watts lipo mod...going to (try) sit back now and await some nice duel 18650 mods and hopefully a single 70watt in the future that uses escribe.

I really like the form factor of the HCigar VT200, but the battery isn't lasting as long as I hoped. I updated the battery capacity to 14.43 (I think it was). Now it just runs out of battery still showing 25% or so on the bar, disappointing.

I thought the Efusion might feel a bit "wide" in the hand compared to the HCigar. Reassured by your description car147 might have to push the button when Vapegeek have stock again.
