Just thought I would do a review ordered some Siam tubes for the evic and they accidentally sent me 2x 18350 brushed steel tubes instead of 1x 18350 and 1x 18650. I emailed them the day I received my items got a reply within half an hour with an apology an. They asked if I could post the extra tube back and they would refund postage. I was ill for a few days so didn't get a chance to get to the post office never got hassled and then a couple of days later my 18650 tube arrived I apologised to them and said I had been ill and will post mine back tomorrow. Posted back emailed them and told them I had posted and it was £3 and they refunded me straight away with the option of store credit or paypal refund. The whole time I have received excellent customer service and was never hassled.
Great company will definately order from again
