I can see from some of the comments made under the original article on the voting page that they are fighting back and showing their discontent at the proposal for the regulation of the e-cigs. There are 5 pages of comments so that is something

It's rather a long article all in Spanish. The part I pointed out in my post above made me think how wrong their information is, god knows where they're getting their info from.

I'll have to keep an eye out on that Spanish newspaper for more articles on e-cigs in the future, so we know what's going on over here. I had no idea as I haven't heard anything on the Spanish TV news channels about e-cigs at all.

We are normally about 2 years behind the UK with regulations, same went with regard to the analogue ciggies regulation which didn't come in over here until 2011 I think.

Excellent that you can speak/read Spanish toots No consumer Association in Spain (I tried via ECCA+ contacts to find out) , if time allows could you check any Spanish e-cig forums to check this is true and maybe raise possibility of organising something?

Where did you get 'snuff' from? Should translate to tobacco not snuff boyofford. They are talking about regulating the e-cigs the same as tobacco regs.

I also doubt if the support is as good in Spain as it is in the UK. I don't know how long the e-cigs have been going in Spain, but here in Tenerife they've only been around for 6-7 months, or at least that's when the shops started to open.

You can still smoke cigs in airport in Greece! got a little smokers room with ventilation.
Used to have a kinda 'smokers urinal' where you stood facing a wall which sucked your smoke away, even more weird than it sounds.
