That is a lovely set-up, I'm sure mrs romelee will be pleased  We normally put the tree up early, but last year we were burgled and all of our Xmas presents were stolen  we were silly for leaving them out, not that they were on display, but it's made us us a bit more cautious this year. We now have an alarm fitted anyway, so someone would have to be brave to try it again. It's such a quiet village, very little crime, but we got unlucky I guess. Plus we have our kittens (well, 7 months old now) - they attack anything that hangs, so the baubles are going to get a pummelling when we put it up! I wonder how many times they will knock the tree over before they realise it's not for playing with... |
