Belhaven pubs - no to e-cigs (previously ok)

Just got a very nice member of bar staff in Ma Cameron's in aberdeen when seeing my vamo on the table tell me I couldn't use it. Not surprised. Said very nicely my friend and I shall not be coming here for vape meets anymore in that case ...she didn't know what to make of it LOL

But very nice bar staff . She was lovely about it and not acting clever or power crazy. I stated that previously I had been been allowed to vape in there and she acknowledged that. No dumb reasons why I couldn't vape. Just a really nice bar staff telling me I couldn't vape.

Sad....they had been nice safe pubs in the face of opposition

i was in the old brewery in alloa on saturday which is a bellhaven pub too and was told much the same

Very sad. Though I note you say she was very pleasant it would have been more respectful to you had you been given the reason for the decision. Most pubs here in the north east don't allow it and they say it is what most customers want. Its a funny world!!
