Both of these sound ideal for me Perpetua I think I will have to invest in both and see which one I prefer. Are both of these a sweet enough type of cream so I won't need to add sweetner to them?

Depends what the recipe is in all honesty Toots, if I'm using the Vanillin then I tend to do that at 1% and a sweetener also at 1%. CCW's Cream, is better with Dessert type flavours ( I think ) so don't know that it would work that well with fruits.

If I were to buy 2 for what you want, it would be the Vanillin Crystals and either TPA's or Flavor West's sweetener . . . both of those are Sucralose based and work well together to give a sweet creaminess, without being sickly.

Small booboo in my ordering... I've now got 30 10 ml bottles (yay) but they're hard plastic (non-yay). Guess I'll get used to filling my mods up with a syringe
