This may sound like a stupid question but can you "wash/clean" a Kanger Protank Atty/coil head like you can on say a Vivi Nova?

Why not. I've been messing around with getting more life out of Protank heads. If you can get the wick clean and dry-burn the coil, you're good to go.

Yes you can. Leave them to soak overnight in a denture tablet solution, then leave to dry. Once dry dry burn. Mine last 3-4 weeks before having to replace them.
