Set it up I say. I can guarantee every Christmas there will be one electrical product in my families gifts that does not do what it is supposed to do. If you fire it up and set it up you can avoid any dissappointments.

Leave it boxed....Then, when she opens it, she'll want you to set it up anyway..............Time it though, to coincide with anything going on in the kitchen..............That then means:
'Er indoors sweating & cursing in the kitchen.
You chillin' out on the sofa, feet up, with a beer & the kindle.......................sorted.........my "handy hint for the day"...........
