I ended up reporting one of Interlink's drivers last week. An elderly couple two doors down asked me to take in a package for them and left a note on their door for the delivery crowd. Saw the van drive past my house so I went out to meet him and was met by the guy cursing up a storm! He was raging because he had to walk two doors down and giving me a hard time questioning why didn't they just have it delivered to me in the first place if they're not going to be home...and on and on he went with 'colourful' language throughout.

Normally I'm not one to shy away and would've given it as good as I got, but I was just stunned. Signed for the package and said nothing to him, but 30 minutes later I was FUMING! What if it had been the other way around and that elderly couple were doing me the favour of taking in a package. Is that how they'd be treated too? Oh hell no...and with that, I contacted Interlink and put in a complaint. They apologised and said they'd be passing it on to the depot manager and that was the last I heard. Half afraid to order from any company using Interlink now in case the same guy comes back!

Well would you believe it I have been in since 1300 hours today and the Interlink parcel was down for delivery between 1716 & 1816 hours. At 1733 hours I get a txt saying as no one was in I could arrange for delivery tomorrow. I will not bore you with the contents of the conversation between myself and Interlink, but it ended by me saying that if they had not delivered it by 1900 hours tonight I would be emailing their CEO Dwain McDonald expressing my disgust with the service Interlink don`t provide.

I have just had a call, (1829 hours), from the manager of the local depot saying that my parcel will, 110%, be delivered some time this evening.

Just go to show when you remain calm and finish off a call by mentioning that you will email the CEO action happens.

If you want/need the CEO of any large company then this is very useful.

Interlink arrived at 1900 hours to deliver my parcel.

I ask the driver why they had said they had knocked on my door this afternoon when they definitely hadn`t and they replied with "my sat nav had broken down and I couldn`t find the address".

Stood at the back of the Interlink was a bloke with his hands on his hips. I thought it odd that it took 2 of them to bring the parcel back. He kept staring at me so I asked him if he had a problem and he looked at the floor......must have thought I was going to kick off

Ordered a litre of nic from Vapour Emporium on 10th and recieved on 12th well packed with enough bubblewrap to keep me popping into the new year .

I ordered some & had it sent to rellies that are coming over Sunday, it arrived, quickly, safely & on time yesterday.  Now, after reading your post, I'm more looking forward to receiving the bubble wrap!
