Could be...... Although I can't understand ...... You can legally purchase cigarettes , which are know killers on an industrial scale, but they are going to make criminals of people like us who are trying to find a safer way to satisfy our craving for nicotine and the sensation of smoking without all the associated risks already known to exist, tar, carcinogenic poisons etc.
The pro tobacco lobby must be working hard behind the scenes in Europe, lost tax revenue maybe has a part to play as well !!
