I am wondering if the EU bans ecigs, vapourisers, juice etc does this apply to the sale or consumption.. Ie, am I likely to receive a conviction and criminal record if I choose to continue vaping ? (which I will ofc)

IF (and it's still a big if) a ban is introduced it will not take effect for a couple of years and it will be on the sale, not use, of ecigs etc
