Hi all. This is the first part of my review of ECBlend, which focuses on the actual process of dealing with the vendor. I will be doing part 2 after christmas, which will focus on the liquid itself (and be in the relevant category) as this will give it some more time to steep. I ordered late on 29/11 to take advantage of a Black Friday weekend discount code, which brought my 50ml of Peach Cantaloupe down to $22 shipped. After a few days they had made up the mix for me (it all happens on-demand to remove the chance you get an old bottle, which I think is fair) My experience of the customer service team was highly pleasant - there was a query raised regarding the address, to ensure that it was accurate (there are two Birminghams after all!) but this only took a few messages back and forth to resolve, all of which happened within about an hour and it was off on its way on the 5/12. Given that my order was processed after black friday, the craziest commercial holiday, I don't think that the turnaround was too bad all in. When I received it this morning (14/12 - not bad for $8 something shipping) I opened it to find: my bottle of 50ml PC (12mg, 50/50 with extra flavour) as well as freebies! a 5ml sample of Dragon's Nectar, pre-steeped. Nectarine, honeysuckle and hints of creamy vanilla. Now I will be trying these after the peach cantaloupe has steeped a bit but I think it's a really nice gesture, especially when I got the 50ml at a discount holiday rate. I'll report back and see if the PC lives up to the 'hype' - I sure hope it's as good since the original is relatively unobtainable. -IM
