When the iTaste SVD is in 18650 battery mode, can you stack two 18350's as you would in the Vamo?

Well the simple answer is yes you can.

But you take your own risks when stacking batteries - plenty of people do it quite successfully and seemingly without incident but you should known what the risks are and how to keep things as safe as you can before giving it a go....

Or you could just use an 18650 as in a electric mod the vape isn't going to be any bloody different anyway it being regulated et al...

A fair amount of frightening testimonies from people on here&elsewhere who are passionately against stacking 18350s.
&I suppose justifiably so, based on the science.

I know people have drawn comparisons to doubling up batteries in torches, etc to demonstrate relative safety, but this has made me think twice, given the risks, about stacking.
As oldleatherlungs said, there are alot of people out there, even posting battery safety videos, who demonstrate it as an alternative to 18360.

And perhaps in my naivety, though albeit based on the Vamo instruction booklet, I've done it myself. Thankfully with no issues.

Well the Tesla Roadster has a few 18650's in it 6,831

Tesla Motors refers to the Roadster's battery pack as the Energy Storage System or ESS. The ESS contains 6,831 lithium ion cells arranged into 11 "sheets" connected in series; each sheet contains 9 "bricks" connected in series; each "brick" contains 69 cells connected in parallel (11S 9S 69P). The cells are of the 18650 form-factor commonly found in laptop batteries

There is a bit more to it though when it comes to safety of the cells/batteries in the Tesla.

Personally I never stack batteries. It's just not worth the risk. But tis your choice

It's perfectly fine to stack two battery's in the svd. Just make sure you depress the power button for five seconds between switching from one to other.

As above, I'm hearing pretty mixed opinions. Not sure how many have actually had a bad experience.
How about two 18350s in the Vamo2?
I know that mod has protection against battery issues.
