 I know when I realised what was happening, I thought of him straight away, but perhaps that is what he really wanted?

Loved it, but, a clever PR exercise for the airline on the cheap! Saying that, wouldn't it be good if large companies used this more often for advertising purposes, by giving back a little to their customers more often? It would certainly make you remember them better! I might pop down to the local Estate Agent and suggest they give me a large bungalow for Christmas!

I agree, I bet more people have flown with them since.

However we need what we need, and whether we need it or not, we buy what we buy.

Most of us buy things daily and get nothing in return apart from the product that we bought.

This companies gesture was totally massive, even the guy with underwear surely he got designer?

If I was to get a 1ml sample with a 10ml bottle of liquid I would be over the moon, the kind gesture and appreciation means a lot.

This company went way above it all and made so many people happy, if they get more business, good for them.
