Ok it's been a slow day here in the shop, I have passed on the idea to,the few customers I have had. in the mean timei have started emailing, forts a journalist I met this summer and just now simon Burns, my MP. if you are in the Chelmsford area on the 11th, then come along, email simon too. the more email she gets the more likely he will turn out, that goes for anyone else you can think of. any suggestions add their names, email below and we can all pester them.

I have invited Simon Burns MP, I have just discovered he may be one of us!
I was passed a snippet that came from his office earlier this year:

As you may remember Simon was in the running for speaker of the house job in the summer.
Fingers crossed that he will lend us visible support.
Brilliant, I started recruiting in the shop yesterday and was mostly met with enthusiasm. So I'm hopeful of raising a good group and get noticed. I managed to get the email for Simon Burns office manager, so that may get through To him quicker. The more ways we knock on his door, the better our Chances of getting him to lend visible support.
Getting a lot of very positive response from everyone I explain this to today. I am making a point with everyone that it's not just vapers and anyone they know Who thinks they are a good idea should come along.
I do hope other face to face vendors are doing similar because the word needs to be spread By all means at our disposal. Don't let this slip past all those that are still unaware.
I have just written a very concise, but very much to the point email to Simon Burns, the member of parliament for Chelmsford. Hopefully I will get a reply from him, or at least another email he will receive regarding our plight to gather thought.
If any people on here are close to or live in Chelmsford, please support on the 11th Jan in this fight for the right to vape.
I received a reply from him personally today at around 10am. A prompt response in anybodies books, although not anything that inspiring it has given me another route. Please see his reply below.

I think it would be quite ludicrous to limit the sale of electronic cigarettes.

I have since sent the same email to my local MEP and would suggest that we all do the same, it may well help.
Only a week away now, Even if you have other commitments that day please spread the word To other vapers that you know, or even non vapers,just tell anyone who Thinks they are a good idea. Vaping can affect the lives of anyone who Knows a smoker!
It's hard to pick out individuals in such a crowd, but if you Stare hard enough, perhaps with a magnifier, you may just Manage to spot me in the dark glasses, hiding behind buster.
