Ekowool Silica

hello guys

i,m running very low on 2mm Silica wick, i was thinking to get some 2mm Ekowool Silica
can someone help me on the size of the wick i need
one web site suggested that you should buy i size smaller than you normally use is this true
i,m rebuilding ce4 evods & nova

Yes, ekowool is a hollow weave and the 2mm would be the internal diameter, try 1mm or 1.5mm
I used to use 1.5mm on mine with no issues

I use 2mm ekowool in evods/aerotanks..fits perfectly. Never tried it but would imagine that 1mm would be a bit small, you may get gurgling etc.
