Ahoy hoy! So, bought a starter kit from Smartcigs a while back, decided to upgrade and for once did some homework. Found you lovely lot and read how much you thought of the bandits over at Cleverfags. Had a nose around and thanks to the advice on here ordered myself an iTaste V3, a fine choice you may well say. Had I done more research, perhaps on where to purchase the sonic screwdriver, I may not have gone to the UKecig store. Foolish, foolish boy. Fingers crossed and prayers to baby Jebbus that my new kit arrives intact and complete!

I'm sure it should be fine UKecigstore has had some bad press for it's customer service but not from everyone. If you've paid by PayPal you also have protection there

Going with an itaste vv is an excellent choice, decent gear and you can carry on vaping whilst charging by plugging in your micro usb cable, obviously you can use your original as a spare, so its not a total waste but I coped fine when I started with just an itaste vv for a fortnight then I got 'the shiny bug' and went shopping.... a lot!

Hello and slimbopp I got my first iTaste vv from UK ecig store - no problem with purchase or delivery but it was a v2 (very shortly before the v3 was available) and it did cost me a lot more than my second, third and fourth!! Good choice though, I always have at least 2 with me everywhere I go>

Hi and welcome, you should be fine with the uk cig store. 99% of the time they provide 5 star service. It's the 1% that's a nightmare.

Hello & welcome slimbopp As others have said, though there does seem to be quite a few problems with UKe-cig stores customer service when things go wrong, so many others haven't had any problems.

Hi slimbopp. Welcome aboard.
I don't use UKecigstore any more after problems a long time ago, but, they do come to our London meets and as others have said, their customer service leaves a lot to be desired sometimes, but hopefully you should be ok.

Well thankennyaww for the welcome you gorgeous lot. All arrived intact t'other morn. Made the mistake of filling up with the free sample juice, "Hawaiian Paradice," now to learn the fine art of cleaning cleros. <--- Oooh get me, doin slang already! Trying to find the right flavour seems a daunting task, never the less, ONWARDS!!!
