Hi and welcome. Good advice above, more than one thingy will help you give up. Better kit now, will save you having to keep wasting money in the future.

Hello & welcome bumbles As others have said, the kit you bought from Vapouriz was way over priced If there is anything you need more clarification on, please don't hesitate asking.

Wow Karma No messing. bumblesIf you were/are on 20-30 a day it might take a while for you to crack this e-cig business. If you've ordered some more liquid, you might hit the jackpot sooner than later. I'm a big fan of LT ecigs, myepack and Vape Escape is wonderful. They are all different. Vape Escape does some amazing liquids (by Grizwald) but you could go totally mad there, so one step at a time... and remember, you get 10% off at some places (including Vape Escape) which brings most of the prices fairly close. Also, a shout out to ukecigcabin - I realised the other day that more than half of my "big stuff" is from there. The ecig you bought will be just fine but as you buy spares and liquids and other accessories, better to get the good stuff at fair prices. (Don't go back....) I wouldn't personally recommend Joose Juice just yet, as you need to get some liquid you like, and fast. Jooses liquids are made to order and take a while to "steep". Alchemists cupboard is legendary for a few flavours. LT do lots (and lots) of flavours too. Grizwald?...say no more. ALL these are basically mixing liquid to order and to my taste it blows away the competition. There are some amazing liquids at T-Juice. It is endless. Don't rush into things, someone is around here most hours of the day. Got to find you a good starter liquid really.

Hi again.... (I haven't been here all day, I promise...just popped home) Good luck. Don't worry about the stronger liquid (24mg?), it'll be fine. I tend to vape hourly (maybe a little out, obviously) and about 8-12 good puffs. Then again, I've been known to puff 20 times in the morning without coming up for air. Take it easy. Relax. If it doesn't hit the spot either vape some more or have a ciggie. Some people stop stone-cold-immediately. It took me a week or so to get rid of most of the fags, then about a month to give up the first and last of the day.

When I first started I would have 5 or 6 puffs whenever I felt the craving for a fag. Take more if you think you need it. Don't suck the life out of it, I push the button 1-2 seconds before a drag then a long slow puff. You'll soon find how much you need to kill the cravings. The worst that will happen is you'll get a dizzy feeling, like when you had your first fags behind the bike shed. If your having trouble get back on here and ask for help. Good luck.

Hi Bumbles, like you I'm new here, but one thing I would stress is to try not to get hyped about something new, when you start to vape, relax and listen to what your body is telling you, and then modify what you do as you go along till you get a good feel. Best of luck... J

bumblesVG is vegetable glycerine, same stuff you use in cooking. PG is an artificial equivalent, used in asthma inhalers & various other things. VG gives you more vapour, maybe a bit less flavour, compared to VG. Mostly people vape a mix, probably more PG than VG, but tastes vary. Also, a small number of people have a minor allergic reaction to PG at first, or find that PG makes them cough more, and so vape pure VG for at least some of the time. You asked earlier about changing juice in a 'thingy' - name is is clearomiser, or clearo for short - what I do is take the nipple off the juice bottle, pour the liquid back into it, rinse out the clearo under the hot tap, wipe with kitchen paper, and leave it on the radiator overnight to dry. People who aren't as miserly as I am just throw the juice away. And if you have a spare head, you can put that in and just leave the old head to dry.

flavourtank im near horsham, Big up the Horsham massive. That's my home town. Those were the days, I remember them building the swimming pool. (and the Queen?....) oh yeah, and Yes, just like a ciggy. If you're struggling, take 8-12 puffs every half hour. Or just puff it non-stop whilst doing facebook.
