You also need to install the drivers..Just software will not cut it..
You don't need a ISO or anything. Just copy the contents of the CD to your flash drive and transfer it.
If it is read codes from your Astra, there is a brake pedal/accelerometer trick you can use.

If it is read codes from your Astra, there is a brake pedal/accelerometer trick you can use.Yeah, I'm more than familiar with the pedal test, ( I've performed it often ), but unfortunately the problem is way past that........I've had to buy the original "car pass" code from Vauxhall, so that the garage where my car is laying dormant, can access the computerised system of the car through opcom with it........a total nightmare that was initiated by me with a stupid "schoolboy error" & made 100 times worse by a dipstick Green Flag man, before he towed me to said garage......
