Hi guys. Okay, so my recently received iTaste SVD has some issues with misfiring&going into 'LOC' mode whenever it feels like! After correspondence with FT, it's going back for replacement. It's probably just as well I'm in no rush to get my replacement! Especially seeing as Chinese new year holidays are imminent!
Only got as far as being asked to provide "most economical shipping cost from post office."
I'm guessing they foot the bill for returned items? So, with that, just wondering if anyone's had the experience of the same&how it all went for you! I'm hoping, one day fairly soon, I'll receive my replacement! Cheers

I've never returned anything to FT but do know that to retain paypal buyer protection You will need to use a fully tracked courier, Royal Mail do not offer a suitable service. I would also recommend getting confirmation from FT that they will reimburse you before Sending it.

I received an ego twister battery that did not work. I contacted them, they asked if I wanted a replacement or refund. Told them replacement. they asked me to tell them the cheapest shipping. I did that then they told me to send it back. They refunded me the postage before they even received the battery. It was then just a case of me sitting back and waiting for them to receive the old one and them to send me out the new one. New one has now arrived and was working so all good in the end. Was my first time returning anything and wasn't too worried as it was only an ego battery, so only used normal post. Sent battery back 7th November, received new one 3rd January.

Cheers Mine SVD also stoped working and I sent it back to FT. As soon as they received my scanned proof of sending, they shipped me replacement. They give me a coupon for paid postage too.

I had a 'slight' issue with a couple of egos in my vaping infancy. Sat on one-button popped out and the other stuck on. (despite my attempts to rectify etc) emailed ft and they asked me to photo the problem.. and return, they kindly offered to replace. As well compensate for the return postage costs. Unfortunately the replacements never did arrive. I let them know and they issued gift certificates to the value of. Since then I've had a couple of problems with other items (faulty or not arriving) And they have offered to either refund or add replacements to my next order. (without sending pics or returning items)

Next day I received answer, that replacement is shipped, tracking number and gift certificate code for the postage. It's as good as cash. Simply enter it in step 3 of checkout.
