Personal Smileys

How do you add personal smileys. I've put some in my account settings but when I click on personal smileys when trying to post one the smiley page just disappears, doesn't bring up the one's I've listed in my settings ???

Ahh, done it, I didn't scroll down the smiley page, I just clicked on the words 'personal smilies' stooopid me
