Today I've noticed I can't track my parcels for Singapore Post.
Anybody else having trouble with it ?

Looks like their server is feeling poorly, happens a lot. I recommend using 17track.net if you don't already, also www.quantiumaspac.com/qtracker/track.aspx (FTs shipping agent) shows the status between FT and SGP and only sometimes the SGP status. |

Looks like they change the way their tracking page works, you now have to go to the SGP home page and enter the numbers and that page gets the details rather than as previously sending you to a separate page. The tracking info has change on one of mine: the Info rec has dissapered and 2 have a statue of "Received from Customer" which I have not seen before one of these was in info rec 11 days ago.
17track still works as before.

Another 2, so now 4 out of 5 in status "Received from Customer" dated today and the previous status is not in the datails, looks like they are replacing or resetting the whole system.

Me too I had 3 packages received from customer yesterday. now today 1 of them ordered 2 days later than the other 2 is showing shipped overseas but it is the 1 I was a bit worried about as it has a battery pack with 3 18650 Panasonics in it just keep my fingers crossed for the other 2. the earliest is from 29 dec if I remember rightly

I just checked my order that was shipped on the 13th Jan and Singapore post are showing that it has been Received from Customer!
Hopefully it is just an error. Bloody better be as i need that Aqua clone to hybrid my Origin mod.

They seem to have changed the status messages so that when Fasttech ship the item to them (from China) the status reads "Information received" and when they actually receive the item (in Singapore) the status is updated to "Received from customer" ... much better in my opinion as you at least now know that Singapore Post has got the item and that after customs clearance it will be put on a plane to the UK.
