Throat Hit

Right, after falling off the wagon (so to speak) at the weekend i have decided to get back on whole heartedly but am finding all my juices hitting the back of my throat and making me cough.

So am i correct in thinking if i put some glycerine in that will water it down?

What are you using...atomiser/cartomiser/low resistance/standard resistance?

How old is the item you are using?

What juice and strength?

cartomiser, winson low strength the one you sent me and wouldn't know about the resistance you need to tell me that lol

Hmmm...can't remember but, if you had asked for extra throat hit, I would have sent you a low resistance one. If not it will be standard resistance.

Winson low strength is not a liquid which would normally rasp the throat so I'm guessing that the carto is either low resistance or burnt or standard resistance and burnt.

You can certainly try adding a bit of glycerine to your liquid, it won't do any harm.

Also try direct dripping into an atomiser and see if it still gets your throat as much.

Would never have asked for throat hit , so i assume it's standard, and it shouldn't be burnt (thought i'd learned my lesson from that one last time .

Do you just take the the plug out the top of the carto, put the drip tip on and drop the juice in and how many drops should you use

on a std carto i usually drop 20 drops of juice around the top of the carto and 3-4 down the middle,leave for a few minutes,give a little blow to remove any excess juice and away you go,then every hour or so add a few more drops,always keep the carto wet with juice

Best to take the top off and drip into the wadding, avoiding the centre tube.

If you drip down the middle of a Boge Carto it will all end up in your lap.

thanks boys, now not entirely convinced i like the winson, is there any other plain one that might half taste like my silk cut 100's - i know i'll never get an exact but just something near would be good.

Would I be no.3 per chance?

As the boy's say, watering down with vg should do it but it will affect the flavour a bit. If the throat hit is a bit much then either reduce the nic level of your juice or go for a mainly vg mix, or go for a standard resistance carto or all three lol
What is it with these women nowadays when they cant deal with things hitting the back of their throat?

I like a strongish throat hit but, a while back, I tried some clear cartos with my usual brand of juice and nearly blew my head off! I'm guessing it was the cartos that caused the problem as they were probably low resistance. I shall stick to standard in future.
