I have charged both batteries and filled a cartomiser with Winson, and it did not vape well, so tried a brand new carto and that didn't vape well either.

So, i filled a cartridge with Cappucino attached it to the atomiser and it's going great guns , so my question is what am i doing wrong with the carto, i would prefer to use a cart for work so i don't need to carry juice and fill up during the day.

You're not filling them properly then Nicky.

They should hold near enough 30 drops when full, are you getting that into them?

Use the condom method first (there is a video on my site on the Boge Carto Page) and then top up with a few drops in the other end and leave them to soak for a while.

I'm filling them to the point that it's dripping out the other end

It's one thing it dripping out of the other end, but it's another filling them full because if you do it too quickly it doesn't soak in.

Have you got any new ones left?

Because I would try a fresh one as follows:

Remove both rubber bungs and the soft white tip from the cartomiser.

Fill one of the rubber bungs with 20 drops of e-liquid

Slowly push the cartomiser (battery threaded end) down into the rubber bung (go half way, leave it a minute then push it all the way to the bottom)

Now leave it a few minutes to soak.

Then remove it from the bung and just add a few drops into the wadding (not down the centre tube) at the other end (drip tip end)

Give it a good wipe and blow through it gently onto a tissue to get rid of any excess

Leave it for at least an hour to soak

Then give it a try

just watched video and read your instructions so i'll have a go at that now, do i have to do this everytime it needs filling?, also how often do you need to top up?

No, just the first fill.

Then each time the flavour goes, just take the drip tip off and add 5-6 drops into the wadding (always avoiding the centre tube).

How long betwee top ups depends on how often and how much you vape. You'll soon get an idea, but the first fill does last the longest.

After a few days of use the flavour will not be as good. Then it's time to:

a) Boil it and wash it out
b) Put it in the freezer overnight
c) Throw it in the bin and use a new one

The carto's very rarely die so you can keep using them as long as you are happy with the flavour/vapour production.

A properly filled carto resembles a slush puppy - not dripping wet, but nicely soaked.

You can get a slush puppy from Asda if you want to do a comparison

In the video his juice slowly came up through the top. i've done as you said pushed it a bit then left a minute and pushed it all the way to the bottom and i cannot see any juice, is that right?, shall i now drip some from the top as you said then leave it?
