You could put 7ml in an empty bottle and add 3ml of your nic base which will be near enough. Also this will change the PG/VG ratio dependant on the base and existing flavoured mix.

I have 36mg and 54mg Nic

With the 54mg use 2.2ml in 7.8ml of flavoured liquid.

This will mean the flavour will be less diluted.
