I ordered my first proper e-cig from Myepack on Friday night. On Saturday I got an email saying it had been shipped - really pleased about that as I didn't expect it to be dispatched until Monday, so Myepack lived up to the reviews I'd read on fast shipping. However, the tracking code I was emailed doesn't work and it still hasn't arrived as of today. I rang Royal Mail about it and gave them the code. They were clueless and just said to contact the retailer because they couldn't find it on their system, which I did (on Monday). The guy said it should be shipped that day, was a bit confused as the email said it was already shipped, but I thought I'd just wait for it to come. Anyway the tracking code still doesn't work so I'm assuming it's lost somewhere in the mail web. What do I do if it doesn't arrive? I'm really anxious to get it, as every day it doesn't arrive I'm just buying 'one last' pack of cigs hoping it'll show up the next day. I'm really psyched to give quitting a go so now I'm just stressing out.
It was shipped Standard Delivery so I guess I should at least give it 3-5 working days, but with so many people praising Myepack for speedy delivery it's making me worried somethings gone wrong.

Hello and emiryPhone the vendor again and explain the situation and also ask how long is the cut off time with them and royal mail before a replacement can be sent, think it's 10 days...not 100% but myepack will know. Hope you get it sorted soon.

I too seem to have a problem with myepack at the moment not relating to delivery though. I have always recommended them but not getting any replies to my emails since Friday lunchtime think I heard somewhere that Ash isn't around at the moment not sure if it's hols or something but I'm going to wait until Monday before trying again.

Hi emery, that does seem strange. I'm a newy to this and have only recently started with more advanced mods. My first two purchases have been from epack and I have nothing but praise for them. I made my first order on a Friday afternoon paid for next day delivery and came sat morning. My second order I made last Sunday, a itaste vtr, I didn't pay for extra delivery just the standard free delivery option. I recieved email on Monday 27th and it came yesterday 29th so I am surprised you haven't recieved yours yet. I'd probably give it to tomorrow then give him a ring chase it up.

Chased it up - royal mail had returned it to sender without even attempting delivery. I thought they were supposed to keep it at the DO for a few weeks at least but they said it's already on it's way back. Maybe the label came off in transit or something? Who knows. At least it's not missing. I'm getting another sent out ASAP which I'm happy about so hopefully should be here shortly
