Ok so the old Vamo seems to be die-ing (I keep having to adjust the centre pin) and I'm in the mood for a new mod. Fancy a Provari (don't we all) or one of those DNA 20 wooden box mods which are just lush but I'm too mean/poor so looking for something more Chinese. Don't really want another Vamo, but want another vv/vw 18650 mod
So I guess the candidates are the-
Innokin VTR - the fact that it is really heavy kind of puts me off, even though I'm a big bloke, also reports of failing battery doors. Like it's look though.
Innokin MVP - Not keen on the internal battery
Sigelei Zmax - Don't really know much about them, other than the reviews
Innokin SVD - Looks good value but the button arrangement and silly raised
Anything else I should consider, quite keen on a box mod of some sort too.
Choose for me oh wise ones

ehm - question of a newbie : what's the big difference anyhow between 'normal' batteries like the ego or evod batterie and all those mods - does it make a big difference when vaping ? am very willing to learn sorry fitzroy - hope you don't mind me asking an additional question here

Thus allowing you to give the vape a stronger kick if you need it, or a lesser kick if you don't. Rather than a straight voltage every single time. The other is battery life. These little ego style batteries are fine, but jumping from 900 mAh to 3400 mAh from your mod means you can, in theory, go the whole day easily without running out of power and needing to charge it up. Assuming your not maxing it out power wise, with a 1 ohm coil... The variable wattage is the most important to me though.

Thanks all. Those Sigelei's look very tempting (understatement) at that price - I haven't really ordered any e-cig stuff direct from China - presumably they are "genuine" items , how long does shipping take?

Siegelis personally dont like the menu system.....nothing like the vamo
SVD yes button raised, but not noticeable after a while, besides it locks in what you have set it to so accicental change wont happen, can be a pain with evods as they get stuck in beauty ring[mine did]
MVP---- good piece of kit battery lasts for ages down side feels lopsided with heavy attys on it
VTR-- yes heavy, not had door problem, restricted to certain housed atties..pillar for eveods etc to be used...for single 18650 lasts all day and i vape heavy out lasts the svd /mvp
All in all the VTR wins for me a impressed with it,but also was with mvp/svd---- so for position 1st Vtr 2nd SVD 3rd MVP

I have an SVD and MVP. These are my daily devices and haven't failed me yet. The MVP v2 sometimes has an issue with connecting with certain atties, but then I just chuck them on the SVD. I'd imagine a VTR will be my next purchase.
