James I used to find with the novas that when you unsrewed the top to fill it it used to unscrew the head slightly thus causing leaking. Undo the top and tighten down the head and see if that helps.

If its coming out the 510, as Roscopecotrain said, take the whole thing apart, and make sure the head is properly screwed on to the centre post. If its coming out at the tank/base joint, you need to replace the o-ring, or wind some dental floss underneath the existing o-ring.

You could be sucking too hard, they don't have a lot of air-flow so if you create too much negative pressure it can suck the liquid into the combustion chamber that will then go down through the centre to the 510 connector. You can drill out the hole in the bottom of the coil head, but this will expose the brass although it should only contacted the wasted over-wicked juice.
Could also be condensation in the top-cap flowing down the same route.

Hi, I too had problems with leakage- (i assume you're talking about the larger type vivi nova tank)? i gave up with it. but i found the mini novas didn't leak at all.
Then i discovered the Aspire ones- much better I reckon.
