Elephant and castle, you know it? yes, used to pass through there quite a bit back in my HGV days/nights, remember the Charlie Chaplin pub and of course it was the terminal for going to the imperial war museum, seems a long way from Bromley now though being as I am now retired medically and don't, stray far from home anymore, always seemed to be a busy place, lots of roads converging into two large roundabouts and going off in all directions, guess that's how I,all always remember it, lol. Everybody knows the Charlie Chaplin pub, its legendary! Yup sounds about right, Bromley isn't that far by car I've had a lot of shall we say "girlfriends" in and around Bromley years ago. I have a family member who lives there now tho only a 30min drive

Hi VapeKingMikes have you tried the Davide mini on an MVP2 its what i've been using for a while & cannot fault it. Another shout out for the mini davide, they just work without any problems and the flavour and draw is tops. And i would say? on my SVD in 18350 mode, too big in 18650. For me, one of the best mods to come out last year. Next on my to buy list? is the VTR and the Kanger Airotank. Cheers.... Rick

I only ever used to notice it, tucked away in a corner, I have never actually been in there in fact the only time I had a pint in the e&c was a boxing tournament held there somewhere , in the seventies. Sure Bromley is not so far, I can only drive for around ten to fifteen minutes now because my spine is worn out and I stiffen up, I only do local driving now but I can stand on a bus or sit on a train journey so long as I can walkabout some. vaping, like smoking did, helps me to relax.

Yes its a listed building so can never be torn down. And funnily enough the boxing tournant your talking about would of been held in a place now could the corenet. And the boxing tournants and back there but only small time

Do love the look of the VTR and with an Aerotank on? does look smart. We are spoilt for choice with the amount of good vapegear out at the moment. and if you are able to make up a decent coil? then any tank out their is good, weather it be protank, davide, aerotank, etc Also me next step is the RBA'S Kayfun, Taifun, When will the madness end

That's interesting, being a listed building, shame I never visited. I don't remember too much about the boxing do, I do remember it was opened by that big brawny cockney actor who was on TV a lot but cannot for the life of me remember his name but can still see his face. Oh well, got to get some zeds now, look forward to a nice early walk with my one eyed doglet, nice to "meet" you mate, ,till next time, happy vaping.

Hi @richvaperssorry to butt in,i saw you on about your SVD.I got 1 this week,i love it.But it seems to use a lot of battery? im using an Efest 18650 2000mah.Been Vaping at 8-9 watts with a Aspire CE5 dual coil, but I cant get longer than 4-5 hours out of it.Is that normal for the SVD?Probably cause im using dual coil heads eh?

Hi @romney Yes i also have quite a selection of the Aspire's also, and have noticed they do seem to drain the batteries down quicker, probably due to the duel coils. The Aspires are also good, but the drawback with them is that they are a bugger to recoil. And is difficault for me to say how lon my svd last in 18350 mode, as i also have two evods 1100mah batteries on the go also. Do like to have atleast three flavours on the go for my days vapeing. Hope that helps, Cheers.....rick

It probably doesn't Mike, but I like it . . . and after spending £70+ a week on the ciggies, it seems like quite good value to me. Evic's don't appeal to me, far too much widgety stuff going on for me to get my senior head around. £70 plus a week wow, you was a heavy heavy smoker! I only used to smoke 15-18 a day. But when you look at it that way its probs worth the 160_ in the long run Anything is worth what you/we choose to pay for it Mike and if the purchase brings you/we pleasure, then I don't try and justify any of my spending. Nor should anyone else.
