DID YOU KNOW ABSINTHE & ANISE ARE THE SAME FLAVOUR? ... SOME VENDORS/MANUFACTURERS CALL THEM ANISE WHILST OTHERS CALL IT ABSINTHE. ANISE PLANTS MAKE THE FLAVOUR ABSINTHE, WHICH HAS A LIQUORICE/ANISEED TYPE TASTE TO IT.

Not sure about anise but absinthe is slightly sweeter and a little bit stronger than aniseed. Or that's what I've found anyway

I have anise and absinthe definitely different tasting. Anise to me is like aniseed balls absinthe more like Pernod both nice tho

Absinthe is a spirit, made from anise, amongst other things. Aniseed is just another name for anise. So similar but not the same.

only going by what the site says, was also looking at a few recipes that seem to use Absinthe and anise and thought being the same as they say I could just use one.

My ADV is anise based. I started with 10ml of absinthe (DV?) and 10ml of anise(ed) (F'Arts?), and although not exactly the same, I'm happy with the 100ml bottles of anise from CCW now.
Can't justify the price of the smaller bottles.

my anise is is a plastic bottle, my absinthe comes in a glass one, with a glass dropper...so I assume that absinthe is borderline radioactive!

Just done my 1st 'Shineys Fluid' with anise, absinthe, liquorice, its slightly more ala pea soup looking but smells divine

hey can i ask what site/sites you got the diffrent concentrates to make it from i had a look and had to go to 4 diffrent sites just to get everything needed for it

I ordered the DV liquorice and absinthe directly from their site I'd already ordered anise, sweetener and MTS vape wizard from Liberty Flights on my previous order (they were out of stock of dv absinthe & liquorice)

Its taken me weeks to get the ingredients but I know i'd like this mix so it was worth it. Normally - if I don't have ingredients for a recipe I just jot down my missing concentrates and when I need to do an order I pop them in....
