one word of advice i can give you is don't put yourself under any pressure. believe me you will love vaping but you will want to smoke too and thats ok. as you said you don't want to get in that catch 22 phase where they urge will become unbareable.

vaping is a different habbit for most where you may take less drags but will take them more often. this will keep your nicotine level up so you dont get as many cravings but you will still feel like a real cigarette from time to time.
when i started vaping in the first day i went from 20 a day to 4 and that was without even thinking or trying. the vaping just tasted so much better than analogues

what strength, flavour and quantity of e-liquid did you get?

I'm definitely getting the warm and welcoming vibe from you all.

Will have to try to keep the pressure of myself to enjoy but even if it only helps to reduce the analogues initially it will be a step in the right direction.

I went for high (22-28mg) PG/VG mix and got 10ml BnH, 5ml RY4 and 5ml Dark Vapure to start. TBH couldn't really afford much more this month but will be payday again soon!

perfect choice, the nic level is high enough for how many analogues you are smoking and the flavours are a very sensible starter point... you really did do your homework i only use just over 1ml a day but what you have should last a couple of weeks i would think... as you say even if you can just cut down at first then the savings on your pocket are amazing

Hey tizer!

My first proper kit should arrive tomorrow (ego-t) so we can start the journey together! Although I do have a weeks headstart as I went to harrods last week an bought a vapestick (I know, I know) although I don't regret this purchase as it made me realise the potential of using these instead of analogues.

My only advice from using this over the last week is that while you vape you will not want a regular cigarette. When you havent vaped for a while you might think you want a cigarette more than a vape, and you might cave in. Cave in and see how horrible the cigarette is. When you go back to gaping you'll realise how much nicer it is.

I've had two days on analogues the last week, one day with none, and four with two. Mostly this was due to my crappy batteries not being charged. You are in for a real treat!!

thats exactly right weedav. i found if i hadn't vaped in a while i would get the urge to spark up. you can then vape and the craving will go or you can have an analogue and realise how horrid they taste after the first few drags and wish you hadn't bothered

good luck with the eGo-T thats what i started with remember to blow the primer out of the atty before use as it doesnt taste that good ...let us know how you like it
