That's Little Dog and Big Dog (aka Wellington & Bella). I adopted them just over 2 years ago (they were 13 and 12 at the time). Sadly we lost Little Dog in March this year aged 14 and 9 months but Big Dog is still going reasonably strong especially as she is a 14 years 3 months old boxer/rottie cross.

I see the folks here have got you both off and running already. I've been going nearly 2 months now and took bout a week to stop the last few ciggys and switch totaly. As the others have said, don't pressure yourself. The more you do that the more you will want a ciggy. It worked for me to just say I was switchign brands, if anyoen asks even now I still say I smoke, I just went digital

Take it one day at a time and eventually it will just feel Right
