Thanks for the offer arron but the last thing i want to be doing is engraving, all this soldering has given me shaking hands, makes me look like i have a drinking problem

Well my hands look like bubble wrap, got so many blisters from all the filing for the OLED windows once i do the cut outs for the USB (more filing) it's easy running from then on

The one on the far left is with a frame (not the same color that is coming with the mod, they are transparent ones) but you get the drift.

Don't worry if the frame holes don't look exactly 100% rectangle, the frame sorts all that out.

Finished all drilling and filing

Best part is the USB holes are at the back of the box

All USB chargers wired up with a 1mm square piece of Lexan epoxied to the back of them.
All USB holes drilled out and filed down to size for the USB connectors

Left to do:

Connect wires to the battery holders/fuses
Sand a little, Prime and spray paint the boxes
Epoxy the 510 connector - Buttons - USB chargers - Battery holder into the box

Can't do anything else until the screen frames are with me, should be with me by the 28th.

Then.............

Epoxy the windows to the screen frames and then to the box cutout
Wire the DNA board to all existing wires and slightly epoxy down too box to keep in place

Insulate and test

All done

Front, 3rd from left has a USB charger just for show

Shiny. Just wanted to say that I have been following this thread with interest and that your designs are amazing, well done mate. Hopefully in the future when I have some spare cash and your still modding that I may purchase one of your SVB's.

10 x Box enclosures, all USB charging light holes drilled
10 x Battery holders all wired up and fuse fitted
10 x Box enclosures, all sanded, primed, and spray painted
