Hi all and romelee,
I would like to rub my name from the top of the list, as I am going to be out of the country for a while. Could you push otter if not norfolkphil up, if they don't want it I'll reluctantly take it, forever feeling like I'd jumped the queue. It would sit in the sorting office for a month.


P.s I hope the funds will help Super-Shiny get back to the super star we all love.

Super-Shiny I hope you have an acceptable solution for you and your family. Shame to miss out on a finished box mod, but I will take one of the unfinished boxes. With my poor eyesight and arthritic hands I won't be able to finish it myself, but I know someone who can. Are you sure you only want £35? I will happily pay more to cover your costs.

What a bloody long day
Been here, been there, been shopping Got round to the other halfs mums house and I got a text from a work mate to say that I had a package delivered, now I have quite a bit of crap inbound so it could've been anything
Went to call and ask them to describe the package and the bloody battery died on the phone ???
Other halfs grand kids had been playing games on it
I sat in suspense till it was time to go home and I swung by work and picked it up on the way.

First thing I did was put the battery in the wrong way round
Realised immediately and whipped it out again- phew, that was close- nearly fried the board before I even used it
Mental note- I'm an ass
Put the battery in the correct way and screwed a Trident on top and cranked her up to 25w
Fu*k me but that hit home

Smaller than I expect too, which is great



Next to a VTR for size comparison and I might add it's a fraction of the weight



Then I screw this on, dual coiled to 1ohm and full of cocomel



This thing rocks, Inside it doesn't look pretty but it does look well wired up and well insulated and very functional. Certainly isn't going to be falling apart that's for sure.
The fire button felt strange to start with, It felt too small but I found that I quickly got used to it, certainly not uncomfortable to the thumb. I now have a dire need to lose that gap where the 510 connector protrudes from the top, when that's done it will be perfect- I'm seriously happy with this mr shiny person and I think it's a crying shame that others now won't get to own one- But it does mean that what I have is quite an individual piece
Time to play, I'll report back if there's anything of note to mention.
