I agree with you Gary Horder, it's not on at all. It's a shame as they seemed so promising to start with but your experience has put me off.

Gary Horder I'm so sorry to hear you are having this issue with Foclecig (focalecig)

Concerning the forum vendor rules, vendors must have a returns policy & Focalecig do have one & it is actually similar to many others. However, I'm also puzzled about them asking you to send it back to Germany - maybe it's cheaper than sending it back to China? Hopefully Foclecig will come along & explain.

I think most online vendors, no matter what they are selling, would expect a buyer to pay for the return - however, if the item is faulty they should reimburse you once they have received the faulty item.

I accept that and stated the same to doris asking if she required proof of shipping cost for reimbursement of item, this is when i was told no refund on delivery costs by myself, so i would be out another £8.00 which obviously i am not willing to do, as it would increase cost of vamo by 30 % , only then to maybe receive another dud, i have asked for a refund

They seemed a promising company at first but I have placed two orders one for a protank mini then for 2 protank minis in group buy all were faulty. The first one was a full sized protank not a mini as stated the group buy weren't kanger as advertised but clones that leaked all the time. I sent photo's and got a full refund after a bit of messing around with the language barrier

well i sent Foclecig the video i included here, it is obvious the vamo is plain shagged, does not even fire an attie let alone do anything else.

Foclecig is wrong - if an item is faulty, then they should reimburse return costs.

I'll be discussing their vendor status further in the staff room.

Escalate to claim, if you havent already. Gives them 10 days to make contact, if they dont paypal will make a judgement.nearly always in favour of buyer
