I have purchased at least £300 of kit from fasttech in the past 8 months with not one problem, had an item that had to be returned, they reimbursed postage with in 24 hours of proof of sending being sent.
Now i made my first purchase from focalecig a vamo v2 and received this
contacted Doris etc. then discover focalecig want the device sent to germany ( god knows why the board is obviously buggered ) the cost of postage is £8.00 which focalecig will not reimburse.
so buyers be aware of the return policy for focalecig, they dont have one.
yes im pissed, i cannot afford the postage as life has become hard as **** for me over the past two months, yes i am very pissed off

Sorry to hear that Gary Horder . Why Germany? The boards, & probably whole device are more than likely made in China! I wonder if that fits with DSRs and being a registered vendor here and all that. Maybe Chrissie & Foclecig need to parlé?

Gary Horder In view of the fact that Focalecig will not reimburse the postage cost, I would be inclined to say "stuff you" and raise a Paypal claim. See how fast their attitude changes when PayPal gets involved.

Have done that this morning, i would have rathered Foclecig had sorted out my problem, but seeing as they seem to want to just forget the problem, i took it to paypal, i certainly will not be using the focalecig shop again and will tell everybody else the same, yep i can be a complete barstard when i wanna be

Looks like the left button has got stuck, try gently twisting it and see if you can free it off. If not, I would send Doris a copy of the video. Sometimes China companies just require evidence of the fault.
This is not unusual for Chinese vendors to require you to pay the return postage for goods. Have you read their terms and conditions. *******************

So, it look like they will reimburse some of the cost up to 35% of the value if the item. What is that...about £6 ish??!!!

Video was already sent, buttons not only stuck right side and not working, but loose button on left side does nothing either, compared to my fasttech Vamo v2 this is a flimsy copy of a cheap clone anyway, very disappointing. The actual board accepts no button commands at all

Hindsight is a wonderful thing I know but you should always check out the returns policy before buying From a vendor. Then if your unhappy with the policy don't buy

Must admit I have only bought from Foclecig once before on a special offer, got 2 Mini Protanks and they are rubbish. Even after a thorough clean and recoiling the heads various times, I can only get a vape from them at low volts otherwise the taste is electric and burnt. They only cost me about £8 all told, but won't buy from them again

Thanks for the heads up! I have ordered a few things from Focalecig and have to say I have never had a problem - thank goodness. I've only had 'authentic' stuff, and they have been what they said they were. I'm not sure I will be ordering again hearing the problems you've had though. It's a shame as I have found them a bit faster to deliver than Fasttech.

I was surprised at how badly the vamo was wrapped for delivery, unlike fasttech and their bubble wrap madness this came in a yellow bag, no box or anything and then to discover the quality was kak and it didnt work ... well ...
