I couldn't find any information in this board about the Aqua. I know mine is a clone from Hcigar but from what I've read on other forums I am not the only one that has been having problems, this includes both genuine and clone versions. Unfortunatly I didn't think to take any photos. I must have tried half a dozen different builds, normal wraps, ribbon and micro coils, but no matter what I did I couldn't stop the leaking. I was getting very fed up with it and was almost going to chuck it off the Itchen Bridge. I'd watched Todds' video over and over again. However I'd just bought some Druide from Mrs Lord and I didn't want to put it in a plastic tank. So I watched Todds' video again but then I did something different, something I should have done right from the start. Todd is always saying "Watch other reviews", so that's what I did. Todd published a link to James Martins YouTube review. This time I made my micro coils the way I usually do but I wicked it the way James shows in his review The Aqua by UVO Systems Part 2. I've now been vaping the Aqua since yesterday afternoon. Two fills of Mrs Lords' Druide have been through it with no leaks. It now vapes with the best of them.

Thanks @yinyang. The only criticism I now have of the Aqua is the physical amount of eliquid it holds.

Have a couple of these running single coil silica builds, never had a leak yet- taste of machine oil is a whole other story though Boiled in a pan and ultrasonically cleaned but took a few attempts to clean. Vapes a treat now but as you say capacity is a bit lacking No matter what I try I always end up back with a kayfun.

The easiest way i found for dual microcoils was to wind them on a single piece of kanthal then use a 'U' shaped steel rod to hold them in position to secure them to the posts. Getting the right amount of cotton in the channels is a fine line between flood zone & awesome vape.
I found a dual coil silica build easier to get along with, 6mm at the coil, 3mm cut short, 3mm left long & stuffed into the juice channels but not in the same league as microcoil & cotton for the Aqua. No real need to open the juice flow control, it doesn't need any extra help wicking.

Try doing a couple of things, if you haven't already tried:
Firstly, after filling just locate the top cap onto the atty and turn it upside down with air flow open before screwing it into place. Else you will pressurise the system too much.
Second, do not open and close the air flow too many times. Set it to a position that is suitable to you and leave it set.

Thanks @yinyang. The only criticism I now have of the Aqua is the physical amount of eliquid it holds. I had considered buying the Aqua when FT first got them in but the 2ml capacity put me off and I decided to wait for the Squape with it's 5ml capacity - Ft has the Squape now for about £13 with either the pyrex or PMMA inner tank.
