Folding shopping trolley - good or bad?

I get strange looks because I don't have one in my local shopping centre. Shopping trolley rage is common, people deal drugs from them, the pub has an area to park them, and their are 2 shops that sell nothing but them. If you get on a bus within 2 miles you can't move for the bloody things.
Now if you were to install a 12 volt battery and a dc to dc step down I could tolerate a shopping vape trolley.
