How long have you been vaping for vapeguy? When I was stressed and like new to vaping I was on 36mg/ml and the nasal spray (alternating)....worked for me and got me off the stinkies  |

I believe a medical study done by Dr Farsalinos was done where he calculated that ~50mg was the equivalent to a standard cigrettes with regards to nicotine absorbtion
