EDIT: Note i am working with aluminum so brushed / polished is out of the question, can't be arsed with all that faffing around  Just wondering with all members what color do you prefer for your mods? I myself love Brushed steel but i am just trying to get a idea of colors, working my brain out on a new idea of a box mod (many many months to come) and want to accommodate various colors. Problem with colors is when someone says for instance "Blue" with spray paints there is endless shades of blue  So color choice of colors keep simple with replies as "Blue" is now "Blue"....not "Blue with a hint of?".... Also finish, gloss or matt....or even satin? Gloss (2) Matt (3) Satin (5) Just for info, buttons will be stainless steel so take that into consideration. So far the colors i have in mind is: Blue (1) Black (5) Pink Purple (2) White Silver (2) Red (2) Yellow Brown Green Please state not just color but finish, Gloss, Matt, Satin.

Today, I am mostly liking black.
Tomorrow, I will probably have a thing for Lime green (like my skateboard wheels), but I don't have a Lime green mod.
I don't have a thing for skateboards either, not seen that since 1982.

When I don't have brushed stainless steel then I usually go for a matt black or satin black. Hate fingerprint magnets, love the look but hate the prints |

I am (also ) a colour therapist  - but for my mods I guess I like shiny ones - stainless steel - though I like the all time black and have to admit the mvp shine edition in lime green is gorgeous |

SS because apart from a cheapo svd I don't have a full ss, though have a brushed precise +. The SS mods are the ones that attract the eye, fingerprint or not in my view. I don't like plastic, spray, or plate.. especially gold. I would like pure gold but no ones gonna offer that! And I couldn't afford it.LOL
EDIT ADD: Of course Titanium is in vogue currently |
