You can wash out the clearo GenesisGFX but depending on the flavour, you may struggle to get rid of the taste completely, particularly with the likes of menthol, banana, etc... or you can just vape through the change, depending on the new flavour. But it's always a good idea to have spares, so if you only heve the iclear30 that came with the MVP, then I'd recommend getting a couple more tanks of some description.

@purple1234 what settings you use for P and U? i got mine yesterday and still can't find good settings. At the moment i have P 8.0 U 3.7 the vapor is coming out moderate no problem with that but i can't really taste any liquid. Should i try different liquid or change the settings?

The best cleaning method I have found is what's usually recommended on here - an overnight soak of the coils in hot water and denture cleaning tablet. For dark coloured or strong flavoured juices I find that soaking the coil heads for a couple of days brings the wicks up clean and white again. It varies, just keep looking in the pot to see how clean the wicks are getting.
Just a warning - you can clean the entire tank/clearo this way, but is the ring below the drip-tip black metal? The denture tabs will take the black off it. Just wash that under the tap with washing-up liquid if you want to keep the colour. Everything but the coil can be washed with washing-up liquid and will come up fresh and shiny. Just take care with the glass tube, I have broken a few when they shot out of my soapy hands and hit the sink!
Definitely a good idea to have a little box of spare glass tubes and coils. If you don't have many coils, you can bet your life they will all conk out simultaneously at the worst time they could choose to!

GenesisGFX, as a rough rule of thumb if the resistance of the coil is 2ohms I go for around 4-4.2 volts ( 2x the ohms). I will then just adjust up and down in small increments to get to the taste I like. Watts I usually start at 8.5 min so give that a go. I think from the photo you are using the iclear 30's which are dual coil, which do benefit from a bit more voltage to get them going. I use rebuildable atomisers ( basically tanks in which you can take apart , build your own coil and use cotton as a wick), these give a heck of a lot more flavour then the out of the box pre coiled/wicked tanks. But if you want a out of the box tank which from what I've seen gives really good flavour have a search on here for the aspire nautilas. Ps flavour also depends on what eliquid you are using.

I found this chart on Vapertrain earlier, it may come in useful. vtpics.vapertrain.com/voltagechart.jpgI don't know anything about how dual coil set-ups work though. The total ohms resistance would depend on whether the coils were in series or parallel, if I remember rightly.

thanks for that Saturnalia also is there a way to change resistance? That's to do with the coils. You can buy them at different ohms and there are plenty of people on here who know how to re-wick & wire their own.
