thanks erik514 - but 1:100 and 1:10 is just toooo big a difference - so I am a bit confused - but I have time till the mix goodies arrive to get that sorted oh and jess and @zero - have cello tape and nail polish already - uff - a few pennies saved Examples would be flavourart golden rollie which some people mix as low as 1% or 2% and jack the ripple which some mix at 25%. Different brands are different strengths too so it's likely that the concentrate your friend uses is a lot stronger than what's normal here.

Wera Garden on LTE banana is very strong they suggest 3% I mixed at 5 and it was strong lol. Red Astaire I mix at 15%. The rest it's trial and error lol a tip is try a lick test of your concentrate before mixing to get an idea of how strong it is.

can i just add this onto here when freezing nic does it have to be brown glass bottles? can you not use just normal glass ones? Yes you can . . . amber/coloured glass diffuses light more readily than clear, so anything in the bottle tends to stay preserved for longer. Not such an issue if you intend freezing the contents anyway geordie_vaper. thanks

Clivia, its worth getting a load of 5ml bottles - these are great if you're not in a hurry. I've just started (rather belatedly) to mix up 5ml samples of each of my concentrates @ 15% so I can better judge the strength of them as standalones, so that when I make a recipe that calls for 2 or more flavours, I will have a bit more of an idea of what % I need to use

they are cute lairey - at the moment I am just collecting my old bottles - but will listen to the advice of making small quantities at the beginning
