It really will be worth your while investing in a better set-up. I started vaping about 18 months ago with skycig and after about 15 months had managed to cut down from 20ish a day to 10ish. As soon as I upgraded, I stopped smoking (have had a sum total of 3 ciggies since mid November).

Vaping can be as cheap or expensive as you want it to be. For me, I have become an "enthusiast" and have made vaping, mixing and rebuilding a hobby, but many satisfied vapers find a set-up that suits them and stick with it... whatever works for you, and any help we can be, just ask away!

I also agree regarding the kit being important, had a crappy ego - failed to quit by a long shot.

Got my vamo, no smokes in almost 9 days, and no desire to.

ty for all the welcomes and yes the difference between the skycig and the debang(cigar sized thing) is huge as instead of using it to get throw work im hardy smoking ciggs at all not that im trying to give up

decoy Quite a few folks on here have said the same, got into vaping through curiosity and before they realised, had ditched the fags. It's amazing just how easy it can happen.
