right now u have accepted the safety aspect i will answer anything that you want to know about the subject but i didnt wantpeople wrongly blowing there face off through misinformation and getting e-cigs banned as this is what we are all on this forum for to help each other out and i know this more than most as i have only been a member for 2 weeks and i have had members bending over backwards to help me and i have total respect for all members on this forum and that is you included So if my device has regulated power at 3.7 volts what ohmage am i safe at basically?...likewise about the whole respect thing, i see us users as a community & was raised to be respectful to others which seems a rarity in people of my age haha!

bkkkpewsey that ohm meter is a good find and a essential bit of kit i think for everyone that is thinking of recoiling it is the first thing that everyone should get then check out u tube for guides then lastly order wire and wick and when everything comes sit down take your time build your first coil taking notes to how many coils you did and what ohms it was as next time you might want 1 more or 1 less turn of the wire so always take notes as to how many turns of the wire and of what diameter it was and always check new coil on meter before using always remember SAFETY FIRST i cant stress this enough

What device have you got? You know there's a thread on here somewhere on the kayfun clone that's supposed to be good.
If you have something like the SVD then it just wont fire if the ohms are to low so it's safe to try but like I said, I always check the ohms first before firing to see if it's shorting out or not too.
The protank heads are really easy to rebuild using kanthal and cotton. There's a thread on here but also plenty of vids.

for a fixed voltage of 3.7v i would aim for a coil of betweem 1.8 ohm and 2.4 ohm but personally i would aim for 2 .0 ohm but everyone will have different preferences but i have given you the safest ones

It doesn't, not once, not a single littlpy drop. I tens to keep in mind where the wick sits and keep that side up if I'm laying it down, it's just logical to my left brain lol. But yeh, no leaks at all. Only time I've had that is with the protank 2, stopped leaking after I recoiled it but it just misses the spot the AGI hits so don't bother with it. Not tried the likes of the kayfun and it's clones yet but they sound like they could be good too. I've spotted the AGI for £15 on Grey Haze E Cig Store, i think it looks like the decent rebuildable tank i have been after. Is it possible to use my silica wick in my builds because this whole stainless steel mesh has got me quite intimidated to be honest. I'm not intending to use it as a dripper but i love the look of it & i'm taking your good advice on it & will be making an order later on tonight

Is it the RBA/RDA one? If so then sounds like a good price. Regarding wicks just give's a shout and I'll give you links to the various types, they're easy once you get the hang of it.
