I would go with the vtc5a all day in any mod, mech or regulated. Highest mAh you get in an 18650 is 3000 but at the expense of how long the battery can keep up the higher output. Like if your device is needing say 4v for the set up then the lower mAh battery will last longer.
If you're ever on facebook there's a good guy called mooch who rigorously tests all the batteries and gives the real figures of what they can truly do. So many are sooo overrated

Personally love the aegis mini for mtl vaping, tank wise I see a lot raving about the hellvape MD which can do various from mtl to a pretty tight dtl.
Prefer the kayfun lite 2019 for mtl myself though.
If wanting to go more dtl I like the zeus x but you'll need a bit more power for it, possibly a dual battery mod.
I'm running it at a 100 watts on the aegis solo but battery doesn't last to long which is ok for me as I have lot of batteries.
No idea what would be powerful enough for proper dtl with built in battery unless it was a lipo dna mod of some sort.

I use the aegis mini for my kayfun these days, has a built in battery and does a day per charge for me, goes up to 80 watts. Charges in about an hour using my pc
They've also brought out the solo now too, very slightly bigger but takes an 18650 battery.
You can use up to 24mm atties on either.
I got the mini from red juice but I generally Google what I'm looking for and see who has the best deal

My lady has the G6, battery life is superb, charges really fast, takes reasonable pics.
Her last one was superb on battery too and I'd be inclined to think the G7 would be as decent if not better.
I love my phone, use it for loads, ignore it when I want or just hit do not disturb lol
I don't feel caught up in some kind of modern must have tech thing but I do find it very handy.
Satnav is ace, Google maps did some update recently which made it a lot better.
I use it for taking pics, forums, email, text, calls or whatever I like.
I've only had internet for maybe 8 years or so so not exactly ahead of the game lol

21700 cells hold a higher voltage for longer, a lot of the time with 18650 it's the volts drop to low earlier which is where the mAh doesn't matter.
If your ohms and watts demand say 4v then a 21700 will last a good bit longer than any 18650.
Regarding squonkers, the hugo squeezer seems to be reasonable and cheap for mech, top side seems to be decent for a reg that isn't huge.
Some take multiple cells too but then you're adding to the weight and size.

For mtl you might find switching between kanthal and nichrome or stainless can make a difference but not huge.
I wouldn't bother with anything fancy.
I find simple fused nice but only in bigger cloudier set ups but I just stick with simple in my mtl set ups

I watched a thing earlier today where it's saying about 40 American states are in debt to tobacco companies.
Apparently they did a deal where the tobacco people paid them x amount per year to get rid of any law suits etc.
A few of the state's borrowed a lot based on theoretical future income but then vaping came along and screwed that up.
So it's in their interests that people continue to smoke.
Hence why weed is fine, people smoke it with tobacco.

He's looking proper handsome We've just taken on this scraggly thing, left neglected out in the streets. He's very thin but putting away 7 pouches a day so shouldn't take to long to fill out. Poor sods system was almost shutting down when we got him but its pretty cool watching him come back to life. Still needs his rear half shaved due to matts, get his bloods checked and also teeth looked at.  |

Don't forget to go into developer settings on the phone if you can and change the Bluetooth settings. Google it for more info.
You can change the codec for a better one and things like bit rate etc for a better blue tooth sound.
