Los Angeles has banned E Cigs in the city's restaurants, bars, nightclubs and public spaces.Apparently it "Re normalises " Smoking,this erroneous statement has also been take up by Health Minister Mark Drakeford.It seems to me that they are going to use this an an excuse to tax and have tighter controls over ECigs. www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-wales-26008454www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-26452778 |
