The t is being crossed and the i dotted. We're not ready to make a full announcement yet. Still some paperwork to be done.
With that in mind however, we're ready to accept expressions of interest from vendors who wish to attend.

You won't get a reply straight away so don't fret; nor is this an announcement to the vendors of when and where it is.
Just to guage levels of interest so the committee can plan how much space is needed for vendors.
