Stingray clone- 18650+kick?

I recived my brass Stingray today and it is a very very nice bit of kit, everything is working fine apart from one problem, i cant use it in 18650 mode with a kick1, it will just not fit. Ive been told it should work fine, but for the life of me i cant get it together.

Ive tried adjusting the button but no joy, its screwed down as much as it will go.

Anyone had any better luck?

18650 kicked works in my clone, but you will have to use flat top batteries, i have a grey Panasonic in here but you will have some firing button threads showing, i have taken a picture of mine with a genuine Kayfun lite + sitting on top, to be honest this clone does not need kicking, it hits as hard as any mech i have tried and with very little voltage drop but each to their own,here is a piccy

Cheers for the reply, yep flat tops might be the trick, it seems about 2-3 short to me.

Also i know rich71 has had a few clones before, how does it compare to the Nemi or caravela clone mate?

Hi jcol it is the best clone i have owned in my opinion and a better looking device to boot, have a look at my review if you like

Brilliant, you wont be disapointed, i have a couple more reviews coming up, they should be on tomorrow, one on the turtleship clone and another on the Valkyrie clone (hybrid dripper) i wont spoil it too much but i am astounded by the quality of one of them
