With the BOGOF, if you buy one 30ml bottle of, for example, orange and another of lemon do you get one of them free? or do you pay for both and get 2 x 30ml of each?

I bought two 30s from them but couldn't get on with them even after two weeks steeping.
So I sent Jim an email and he said he was happy to exchange them, he was really pleasant to deal with, even said I could keep all of them.
A week or so later another package arrived, but instead of being the replacement flavours Id asked for it was the same as before, so I now had four of them.
I posted all of them back to Jim with an explanatory note, but to date I've had no response and don't have any juice for my money, so I still cant give an opinion on Joose Juice juices !
