just stuck in 1 reds and 2 blues into it got these batts free from a dead laptop battery hahaha im cheap
was doing the same crap it did when it wasnt working then 10 minutes ago after being left on it for 20 minutes it started to work correctly and now its charging all 4 cells...

LOL keeping close eyes on it though so that if it does explode i will be around to put the fire out... also got someone in the next room at the standby for me shouting out if im on fire lol

these chargers should come with fire drill instructions tehe

There is no blue light at all.

Probably no blue led/light for you but there is deffo a blue led light for me 



see that image, 3 orange leds above each bay and one led that turns blue right at the top right of the device.
led/light is not powered on but you can see the led/light window ...

hahah no im not

not using the charger with the laptop batts though i am with the panasonic 18650s i have, i placed the charger in a corner of the room with nothing beside it in a wooden box with air vents if it does explode it wont be getting me ....

I believe that's called adding fuel to the fire. Maybe a metal tray would be more use.
